received her Mat Pilates and Yoga Instructor certifications in 2005 and 2007, through the SCW Fitness Education in Dallas, TX and Orlando, Fl, respectively.  Participating in annual fitness seminars and conventions is part of her approach to her continuous education.

Her classes include a combination of Yoga and Pilates flows which range from gentle to vigorous depending on your ability or comfort level, with a final goal of flexibility, harmony and strength.

Having fun and a philosophy of intrinsic goodness and worth, regardless the size or ability inspires her practice and life viewpoint.
